Our Philosophy
We believe it is our role as teachers to support your child in all areas of growth and development; intellectual, social, emotional, and physical. With a strong focus on play, our teachers have created an enriching curriculum that includes arts and crafts, sensory play, dramatic play, outdoor and gross motor play, music and movement, table-top games and story time. By offering diverse opportunities for engagement we can best meet the varied learning styles of the children we serve.
Our teachers practice the positive guidance approach with all students in our care. Positive guidance focuses on a child’s self-control and ability to make good choices by setting clear expectations and boundaries, using clear communication and verbal positive reinforcements, and providing opportunities for children to make choices. By using the positive guidance approach we aim to develop a strong relationship with each and every child that is based on respect and trust.
